Some projects can be finished in the time a large consultancy spends working out how many managers it needs.
Not a provocation. It is the difference between organising a project and doing it. We do it.
The timeline
From the first call to a delivery-and-payment cycle you decide when to stop.
Discovery call
You describe the problem and we decide together whether it makes sense to continue.
Proof of concept
Scope and price fixed. You pay for the proof of concept and the team starts.
Working prototype
Something you can open and use. Real software, not a mockup.
Do we continue?
It ends here, and you keep the prototype you have already paid for.
The delivery contract is signed and the project enters the cycle.
The cycle repeats every week. You decide when to stop: the project ends when it serves you, not when a budget runs out.
A working prototype in your hands at the end of week one.
One product owner assigned to your project, start to finish.
Daily delivery while the project is open. Progress is watched, not reported.
The whole studio. There is no middle department to translate through.
How the timeline gets cut
Timelines do not shrink by working faster. They shrink by removing everything that does not produce software, and automating what does.
Spec Driven Design
The specification is the project. Before any code is written we agree, in writing, what the system does, what it does not do, and how we will know it is finished. Everything after that is measured against that document.
AI from end to end
We use it in the specification, the implementation, the tests and the review. Not as an occasional assistant, but as part of the cycle. It is why a team this size delivers like a large one.
A prototype in seven days
Week one ends with something you can open and use. Arguing about a real screen costs an afternoon; arguing about a document costs a quarter.
One product owner
One person from the studio answers for your project from start to finish. You talk to whoever decides, not to whoever takes notes to check later.
Daily delivery
Every day there is something new in an environment you can open. We deliver until it is complete, not until the budgeted hours run out.
An automated cycle
Integration, testing, deployment and quality control run on their own. The team spends its time on the problem, not on the ceremony around it.
Two products of our own
Built with the same method we apply to client projects. They are the proof, not the brochure.
Track The Bid
Accounting for options income
Your broker tracks cash; it has no idea what the strategy returned. Premium, buybacks, rolls, assignments and commissions reconciled into one ledger, week by week.

The Spanish skipper syllabus, understood
The PER recreational skipper syllabus is memorised and forgotten on the way out of the exam. Here every concept comes with something you can handle.

SMEs going digital
You know the step has to be taken and you need someone to sit down and decide which one it is, with technical judgement and without selling you a platform for life.
Startups with a product
You have traction and a list of things that never ship. We come in, deliver, and leave without handing you technical debt to deal with afterwards.
Studios and agencies
You need serious engineering behind your design, a single point of contact, and dates you can promise your client without crossing your fingers.
The studio
Studio 41 Software Design S.L.
Barcelona, Spain
We design systems and software. We work directly with business and technical teams: we understand the situation, make the risk visible, and define what the next step should actually be.
We also do the opposite. If an earlier digitalisation effort went wrong, we help you understand what is broken and what can still be saved. And if you have a proposal on the table, we challenge it with you and make visible what can go wrong before it becomes expensive.
Track The Bid and Y Se Marchó are what happens when we apply these principles to our own products.
Thirty minutes with an engineer.
Tell us about the project, the proposal you want challenged, or what went wrong. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on that same call.
